1. Software, not a law firm
HOA Savers is a self-service software tool operated by Pearland AI, based in Pearland, Texas. It generates printable documents — a "packet" — using the answers you provide, general provisions of the Texas Property Code (including Chapter 209), and an artificial-intelligence language model.
We are not a law firm, not a lawyer, not a legal aid organization, and not a licensed legal document preparation service acting on your behalf. We do not practice law. We do not represent you before any homeowners association, board, management company, court, the Texas Real Estate Commission ("TREC"), the Office of the Texas Attorney General, or any other person or tribunal. We do not file anything on your behalf, do not appear at any hearing on your behalf, and do not negotiate with anyone on your behalf. You are the homeowner. You prepare, review, sign, send, and act on your own documents under your own name.
2. Not legal advice
Nothing on this site, in any packet we generate, in the procedural "violation report," or in any communication from us is legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind. We are a software vendor. The packet is a document whose contents reflect the inputs you give us and a general, automated application of Texas law. Whether to dispute a violation, what to say, what facts to assert, whether to request a hearing, whether to file any complaint, and how to handle your matter are entirely your decisions. If you want legal advice about your specific situation, retain a Texas-licensed attorney.
3. AI-generated content — review before you use it
The letters and other written content in your packet are produced by an automated artificial-intelligence language model based on the information you enter. AI-generated text can contain mistakes, omissions, outdated statements of law, mischaracterizations, or statements that do not fit your specific facts. The procedural "violation report" is a software-generated screening of your answers, not a legal determination that any violation occurred or that any fine is void. You are solely responsible for reading every document carefully, confirming it is accurate and appropriate for your situation, and correcting or discarding anything that is wrong before you send, file, or rely on it.
4. No relationship of representation
Purchasing a packet, generating documents, downloading documents, or contacting HOA Savers or Pearland AI does not create an attorney-client relationship, an agency relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other relationship of representation between you and us. You are the homeowner acting for yourself. We are a software vendor who sold you a document.
5. No guarantee of any outcome
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about the outcome of any dispute. We do not guarantee that any fine will be voided, reduced, or withdrawn; that your HOA will respond, schedule a hearing, or act favorably; that any statute we cite applies to your facts; or that any agency will act on any complaint. Outcomes depend on your HOA's governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, rules), the specific facts of your situation, the conduct of the board and management company, applicable deadlines, and many factors outside our control. Any savings figures, sample results, or marketing statements are illustrative only and are not predictions or promises.
6. Your responsibilities
By purchasing or using the service, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Confirming you are the owner of (or are authorized to act for) the property at issue;
- Reviewing every generated document for factual and legal accuracy before sending or filing it;
- Meeting all applicable deadlines, including any cure period, hearing-request window, or response date stated in your HOA notice or required by law;
- Choosing how to deliver your documents (we recommend certified mail) and keeping proof of delivery;
- Attending your own hearing and arranging your own representation if you want any;
- Complying with your HOA's governing documents and all applicable law;
- Obtaining independent legal advice for anything beyond a self-help starting point.
7. Not affiliated with any HOA or government entity
HOA Savers and Pearland AI are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any homeowners association, property management company, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Office of the Texas Attorney General, the Texas Legislature, or any other governmental or private entity. References to "Chapter 209," specific Texas Property Code sections, "TREC," the "Texas Attorney General," or similar official terms are descriptive references to publicly available law and institutions, not claims of partnership, authorization, or endorsement.
8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a packet, downloading documents, or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer in its entirety; that no statement outside the Terms of Service, this disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy is part of your agreement with Pearland AI; and that the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply with full force to the matters described above.
